Are you a club committed to Goalkeeper Development?
Why use the Goldman Academy?
A priority for us is ensuring all keepers have access to high quality training in line with the FFA curriculum, in an environment specifically designed to challenge them and help them progress. With that in mind, we are challenging the norms for keeper training and implementing a new model for the region that we would love for you to be part of.
Coaching Director, Andrew 'Goldie' Goldman holds a C Licence and Level 2 Goalkeeping Licence from the FFA. He is the Newcastle Jets W-League and Academy Head Goalkeeper Coach. Goldie attends male and female National Championships each year, as well as the National Training Centre Challenge at the AIS in Canberra annually. This involvement with the highest qualified coaches in the country for junior development ensures your players have access to the most recent information available from the FFA.

Our Sessions
Sessions run for 60 minutes with keepers enrolled into a Goldman Academy coaching session suited to their age and ability level. Players have access to size 4 or 5 balls to allow keepers to train with the right equipment that they will play with. This format ensures players are always training in game-realistic settings. The goalkeeper session can be an extra session (so they still have 2 sessions with their team) or a replacement session - that is entirely up to your club.
Sessions are delivered in 10 week cycles in line with the school terms. We recommend clubs commit to Term 1, 2 and 3 (30 weeks of training from the end of January to late September). We also run a program in Term 4 which we consider optional for clubs to enrol next season players in training.
We welcome club coaches to attend sessions to observe their keepers during training.

Pricing & Payment Flexibility
Please enquire with us for a custom proposal. We offer competitive pricing for your club while offering a superior service.
To provide a proposal we require;
- the number of keepers to be coached and their ages
- the length of time you would like to enrol keepers for (minimum 20 weeks)
We can support either full club payment or set up a club subsidy with parents paying a 'gap' payment, depending on the available club budget. We are always happy to work with clubs who are proactive in supporting goalkeeper development.
