​Holiday clinics are short programs designed around the football season. They include technical training, skill development and training games. They are a great introduction to the Academy, and are perfect for those unable to commit to the weekly schedule. 

You will learn: 
  1. ​The four most important Goalkeeper techniques and how to apply them properly in games. If you focus on these core skills, the progression to more advanced manouvers is simplified. 
  2. Correct ways to collapse and the execution of safe and effective high & low dives. 
  3. One v Ones: everything you need to know to come out on top including confidence to dive at a strikers feet.  
  4. Full distribution sessions to improve throwing & passing. Dealing with crosses, positioning, decision making, pre-habilitation, recovery and body care, and much more! 
  5. You will gain a greater understanding of the role of the modern goalkeeper. 

Be sure to wear comfortable training attire (including gloves) and sunscreen. Bring snacks and plenty of water. ​

Our goalkeeper coaches will lead you through an exclusive Goalkeeper training event; a fun 2 days working on technique and general goalkeeping skills all while having lots of fun!
